Cancellations & Refunds

Trips may be canceled due to forecast severe weather. We always try to give at least 12 hours notice for any cancelations. If we cancel you will receive a full refund.  

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled sailing.

 You may cancel with 24 hours prior notice for a full refund, or with 12 hours notice for a conditional credit. There are no refunds for no shows.
